“Sadie’s strategic leadership experience and skill at building trust enable her to rapidly get to the heart of issues and create solutions that feel right, win support and, crucially, work.
She has a rare combination of insight, intuition and positive energy that enables people and organisations to work better by empowering everyone to contribute and achieve stretching goals.
As a result, she has turned around struggling organisations, transformed directionless, demotivated teams and inspired the people she works with to achieve more than they thought was possible."
Andrew Hall, Chief Executive, AQA (2010-2017)
“Shortly after joining Alzheimer’s Society as CEO, I approached Sadie to help us work through how to strengthen the professional development of Senior Women leaders.
I felt we had some outstanding talent in this group, but something was holding these women back from realising their full potential within the organisation. Using coaching techniques, Sadie helped us work through some of the potential barriers and then joined a small team, including myself, to plan and deliver a bespoke women in leadership course. As well as a comprehensive knowledge in this area, Sadie brought great problem solving, creativity and fun to the sessions – bringing them to life with worked examples and contemporary training techniques.
She has an incredible ability to work in genuine partnership with the host organisation, co-producing the solutions to a wide range of organisational challenges. This way of working, hand in hand with in-house leaders, means that her work is always relevant, practical and accessible to those who need to implement it. We look forward to working with again on future projects.”
