Amanda’s background as a Chartered Accountant led to her working for over two decades in one of the biggest global accountancy firms and in a FTSE 100 organisation. While her roles required her to distil complex issues, manage conflict, make tough judgment calls and build centres of excellence, she always carefully considered the impact on people as well as commercial outcomes.
Given her experience, Amanda can empathise with the high pressures and different working environments that leaders need to cut through to drive performance. She now focuses on coaching leaders and teams to improve their impact and effectiveness, without compromising on their wellbeing.
Having led teams and facilitated global programmes, Amanda is comfortable working and communicating with stakeholders of all seniorities, in any part of the world.
Amanda is currently based in New York and enjoys working with leaders and teams who value seeing things from different perspectives, so they can make the best choices possible. She is an ICF Associate Certified Coach, an ICF Member, a Mental Health First Aider with MHFA England and Hogan Assessment Certified.
